Cornerstone Academy is seeking 2 Full time classroom teachers to join our founding faculty. The ideal candidate will delight in teaching young learners and be deeply committed to discipling students through a Christ-centered, classical approach to education. Primary Responsibilities: 

• Teach with clarity, enthusiasm, and creativity using classical pedagogy 

• Cultivate a Christ-honoring, joyful, and well-ordered classroom culture 

• Model Christlike character and disciple students through daily instruction 

• Support individual student needs while maintaining high expectations 

• Integrate a biblical worldview throughout all subjects and discussions 

• Prepare thoughtful lesson plans and purposeful assignments 

• Organize meaningful learning activities and age-appropriate enrichment 

• Maintain consistent communication with parents and colleagues 

• Provide timely and constructive feedback on student progress 

Qualifications: 

• A genuine love for Christ and young children 

• A commitment to or willingness to be trained in classical Christian education 

• Previous teaching experience is preferred 

• Strong, warm, and professional communication skills 

• A desire for continued spiritual and professional growth 

• Alignment with the mission and values of Cornerstone Academy
